Our sale is open from November 15 - December 3rd. All rings will be shipped out of Los Angeles, California starting in mid-December 2023. Customers will be notified via email with shipping updates.

All products listed on liabyevangelia.com, their descriptions, and their prices are subject to change. Little Fish Island LLC reserves the right, on behalf of Lia by Evangelia, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product with or without notice.

3. Purchase Contract

When you place an order on liabyevangelia.com, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Little Fish Island LLC for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

4. Fees

By buying a Product on liabyevangelia.com, you agree to pay the Purchase Price, and all applicable fees, if any, and you authorize Little Fish Island LLC to automatically deduct fees directly from all relevant payments. The Purchase Price is the price posted on the Listing Page at the time of the sale, in addition to any applicable VAT and/or sales or use tax, and any applicable artist resale royalty payable by the Buyer.

5. Payment

By submitting an order to us through liabyevangelia.com, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in the currency of the United States Dollar (USD). We accept payment by various methods, which will be listed on our website.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Little Fish Island LLC, on behalf of Lia by Evangelia, will dispatch the product as per the shipping option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery dates given are estimates only and are subject to change.

7. Taxes

Little Fish Island LLC, managing transactions on liabyevangelia.com, is not responsible for determining the withholding, sales, use, value added, transfer, or other taxes, together with any interest and penalties imposed with respect thereto (“Taxes”), that apply to your transactions on the Platform. You agree that you are solely responsible for determining what, if any, Taxes apply to your transactions and to withhold, collect, report, and remit the correct amounts of Taxes to the appropriate taxing authorities.
